This weird sceptre says "you got a pickup" if you pick it up. Or is this a secret wall but ain't working? Is this pillar supposed to be floating? This horseman fella causes a console error called: P_StartScript: unknown script and music "none" not found. I don't think Hellhounds are explosive, but their death animation says otherwise. Somewhat it gives me the creeps! Also for some reason the console would say: Warning: z-offsetting not allowed for interactive portals. Plus, nice usage of Ambulance and Emergency sound effect in this area. The boss fight was positively challenging, though. The heart even disappears without any fancy animation when it dies. Also I don't even know if i'm actually damaging the heart or not because the feedback from it is barely noticeable. Please don't tell me that i have to get it by finding a secret or some sort of. I got a plenty of Cross ammo, but i haven't seen any weapon for it. The projectiles suddenly come toward me without giving me a warning, or using any common sense, really! It's a cool boss but i think the introduction needs to be a wee bit longer.Īlso i easily run out of bullet during the boss fight and you can't, i repeat, you can't simply beat this boss with only Bone Blade. Foreskin? The introduction is quite fast than i expected. I think you forgot to remove, or replace the squished meat sprite! These pod bombs in Clockwork Cathedral are work differently - they're actually an ammo, not a weapon. If you fall from this area, you're likely never able to escape and the water's not even damaging me. Adding FORCEYBILLBOARD might help with that. Some tall props like trees might look weird if you look up or down. Oil Barrels would leave red blood splat if get shot. Speaking of freezing jugs, the locks freeze too. Is this actually working? Or do i have to look for more clues? It meant to be pressed by hitting it, right? I think i shot at it but it would play no sound effect nor show any kind of hint that i pressed it. And for some reason, i can use this without ammo even. Bloodrail doesn't play its firing sound effect after i let go of the button quickly. Might confuse them as some kind of a prop. Yeah, the maggots are moving around the hive but still not en-lightening enough. I see some ammo pickup sprites are glowing, to indicate where they are. When Hangmen get frozen, the whole sprite disappears. And no, freezing them wouldn't darken the place either. They insta-kill you, have crapton of health and just darkens the place upon death. Speaking of enemy being weird, i would like to talk about the Stalkers. The projectiles are ridiculously fast, plays no sound at all and the delay of it before attacking happens way too quick. The Punished is probably the strongest enemy with a bit of weirdness. The explosion from the bomb tend not to gib them. And for some reason, my Pod Bombs won't do the trick sometimes. You can kill them twice, but it takes so much time. You have to freeze them or blast them to bits. Branded are like zombies from blood - they live again once they're beheaded. Are you considering to replace them later? Gore Blaster's pickup sound won't play any sound, for that matter. That might be much more satisfying.Īnd about the sound design, i think some vanilla sound effects are here and there, unchanged, especially the gibbing sound and secret sound.

However, the one thing it critically need is the chopping sound effect. It chop down some lesser enemies with ease. Speaking of Bone Blade, it's darn satisfying to use. Some kind of tutorial based on this would be appreciated. Until i found out that i had to hit the lever to activate it. About this Lever, i was genuinely confused because i thought i was supposed to press use key on it but didn't work, so i looked for another lever that actually works. Are they completely stopped hovering or are those landed sprites? Cultists' gibs look weird when they're on the floor.

All of the Jug props freeze to death for some reason.

The process is quite slow and unskippable, so it could boring the post-game players. Don't want to be mean, but the very beginning of the game has an issue: You always have to wait or quicksave after the conversation is over and retrieve your Bone Blade.
